These terms govern the interactions and engagements of our customers and visitors with our website and services. Key Inclusions in Our T&C Document
Accepted payment methods include: PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, US Bank Check (to be mobil deposited or cashed or deposited same day), cash on day of service. Granny's Way House Cleaning Chores, LLC may change pricing or time estimated to perform services at any time even if not updated on this site. References will be provided only after an in-person meeting has taken place. There is no month-to-month contract. Price & services to be performed will be agrees during Walk-thru in-person meeting. Scheduling ahead is preferred for all services. Payments are due on day of service & no refund will be made once service is provided. No add-ons will be performed that were not agreed prior to the day of service. Time is valuable & other clients are not to be rescheduled due to miscommunication or last-minute add-ons of services. Booking services may not be enabled on this site, but email & text is the next best way to book your service & ask for in-person quote. Granny's Way House Cleaning Chores, LLC wants to earn your business & keep you as a happy recurring customer. If you are not happy with the service or need more cleaning people to work in your home, you can opt not to continue service by kindly stating the reason & removing your name from the scheduled day as early as a month prior to your scheduled day. We ask for a week notice before a cancellation & will text the night before to confirm the next day appointment. This gives housekeepers time to prepare & pack supplies, plan the driving routes, plan other events in the day, and arrange personal care or transportation if needed. If your appointment is not confirmed, due to no reply, every effort will be made to contact you and confirm prior to the appointment time. No service will be given without this confirmation. No items will be packed & no housekeeper will drive to your location. You will need to reach out to reschedule when it is convenient for Granny's Way House Cleaning Chores, LLC to add you back to the schedule for a future day.
